Class Offerings
Coming Soon: Backbend mobility
45 minutes
These small group classes will focus on building strength and increasing mobility for backbends. Because the classes are small, I will also take time to check form and give individual pointers
Full-Body Mobility + Flexibility
50 minutes
Classes will begin with full-body mobility warm-up, and then move on to train body-part specific flexibility. We will focus on increasing range of motion and building strength throughout to safely move into our end-range. This class is open to all levels and will have modifications to make things more or less challenging. Classes do not require equipment, but modifications may make use of bands, weights, and yoga blocks.
Balance, Stability & Posture
50 minutes
In this class we focus on building the strength and mobility required in the core, back and hips to improve our balance, stability, & posture for better, pain-free movement. Come join us to fix your back pain, prevent future injuries, and get fit!
Splits & Straddles
50 minutes
These classes will focus on strengthening legs and hips to improve our splits and straddles, allowing us to go deeper into these stretches while protecting our joints and muscles. We'll work on getting stronger while lengthening the muscles in our legs. For this class, we recommend having a foam roller, yoga blocks, and a theraband on hand.
