Sometimes I get too excited about a thing and want to dive deep and share more about it! In workshops we'll explore various topics, answer your questions and sneak in a workout. These will be a combniation of training and knowledge sharing. I hope you join me on these journeys!
Backbending Workshop Recording

We're gonna get bendy, and a little nerdy!
We will talk all things backbends! Core stability, spinal mobility, shoulder position, hip flexibility - all the things 😊
My goal is for it to both be a solid flexibility training session but also provide the underlying knowledge to understand:🔍 Anatomy Insights: Understand the mechanics of backbending.🏋️♂️ Optimized Training: Learn how to structure your sessions for maximum flexibility.🧠 The Science of Flexibility: Uncover the geeky side of gaining flexibility – presented in bite-sized, relatable chunks!
The first 30 minutes are more knowledge sharing to give you a foundation for your flexibility training, and the last hour is a backbend training session complete with some anatomy tidbits to help you understand soldi backbending form

Weekly Classes
Splits & Straddles
Mondays 5:30 CST
We'll focus on lower body flexibility -Increasing the mobility in the hip joint, building strength in the legs, and flattening our front splits, middle splits, and straddles.
Backbends
Wednesdays 5:30 CST
We'll focus on upper body flexibility - increasing mobility and control in our shoulders and back, building core stability, and rounding our bridges for beautiful bends
Mobility, Stability, & Strength
Wednesdays 6:30 CST
This class will be the most varied. Sometimes we'll focus on balance, or knees, or shoulders. Sometimes we'll go fast, sometimes we'll go slow. The world is our oyster!

*You'll notice I don't sell one off classes. Flexibility training is a marathon not a sprint. If you want to become wonderfully bendy, commit yourself to the process and show up weekly, not just every once in a blue moon.
